Hey everyone,

I hope you are doing good. I have a detail I want to make so my customers have a better experience.

Previously I had a friend to make it for me, but now I want to learn.

I want to change the language selector from drawer to flags. Is there a way to do it? And if so, how?

Thank you for your time and patience.

P.S.
My store URL is:
www.choobshopbg.com
the pass is: 112233

Cheers,

You need to ask smaller scoped questions.

Full implementation tutorial of an advanced theme customization for specific/unknown themes is beyond the scope of the forums.

To DIY learn start here https://shopify.dev/docs/storefronts/themes/markets/multiple-currencies-languages

https://shopify.dev/docs/api/liquid/objects/localization#country-rendering-a-flag-image

Sourcing custom images/svg of flags is an exercise left to the developer.

Hey, thanks for reaching out.

Isnt that forum exactly for that? There may be someone who has the same problem and have a simple solution?  I don't believe it is a huge thing and  the need of a developer is a must.

At least I will know that I have tried anything else. Thanks for telling me what I should not do.

Have a great day!

tl;dr check theme settings or pay for an app

How hard could it be it's simple because we think it is, right.

You could have missed something like checking the theme settings for a needed feature.

If not that maybe your still right so if someone has the simple solution a simple search of the forums should have it.

The trap for most "simple" solutions without a developer will be : pay for an app, simple

Your not asking for a simple CSS fix, your asking for full blown structural and logic change ontop of styles to go with it for a specific design with unseen code.

If you want simple fixes ask simpler questions like: how do I align this image in the div , etc etc.

What is this thing called and it's documentation, etc etc

But an app doesn't fix the actual hard underlying problems does it.

It's not a real solution for this type of feature, it's a cliche band-aid that brings it's own unexpected problems needing more solutions that also are not "simple".
