How to change the meta data on the collection page my theme is Fashionopolism

I need to updated the Meta Title on this page https://lindsays-shop.com/collections.  Right now the title is "Collections" I need this changed. Shopify will not allow me to do so in the editor. How can I update this? My theme is Fashionopolism.
