How to combine reviews when combining products

Hello, 

My store currently has 3 products. These products are actually the same item but they are a different colour. I separated them so my store didn't look so bare. 

In the backend I have combined them into one product with colour as a variant. Before I go live with it I'd like to figure out how to display the reviews I already have, under the new product. Each of the separated products has reviews associated with them. How can I take these reviews and apply them to the newly combined product?

I am using Yotpo to collect the reviews but the Product Reviews app to display them.
