How to configure sender email for domain purchased directly from Shopify?

Hello,

I purchased my domain from Shopify directly (leticiaiborra.com) and now I am trying to configure the sender email to be "contacto@leticiaiborra.com"

This emails appears correct in the "sender email" field on Notifications, but customers still receive emails from my store like this: examplestore@m.shopifyemail.com I do not knwo why is this happening and how to change it.

Also, when I try to configure Mailchimp to send emails from this same email "contacto@leticiaiborra.com" an error message appears, and Mailchimp support told me I need to check this with my domain supplier.

I did all the DNS settings editting requiered both by Google Workspace and Mailchimp, but nothing seems to work.

I hope somebody will be able to help.

This is an accepted solution.

Usually it's the DNS setting. Just need to check if the DNS is pointing to the correct values trough web like https://dnschecker.org/

I figured it out on my own, but thanks for your help.
