What's the email for customer support please?
Can't believe live support was pulled it was one of my main factors in choosing Shopify and now it's impossible to contact anyone

I tried this. It send me round and round in circles with no way of direct contact. I just keep being taken to the parts I have read over and over multiple times with no resolution or option to contact support

No. The link doesn't show
It doesn't show for anyone. At this point without support, why would anyone remain with Shopify. Support is utter garbage.
Please assist:
When I go to the support page it will not allow me to access from my account. I have logged out and logged in multiple times, and have no issue reaching my dashboard and account details, but it always does the following:
-Appears to a technical error; I began investigating because I received an e-mail about my account being inactive, and informing me it will be deleted sometime in December if no action is taken. I would hope this is not the case; I am actively developing stores, have pending payouts, active leads, etc.
- Loads the page as shown in the attached image (notice how the account name in the top right corner of the page says "Null Null" - which I assume points to a technical error loading support to my account.)
-The page asks for more account information to be entered, despite all info being present on my account details; I have kept all of my info current for a number of years throughout working with Shopify.
- When I click "Continue" on this page, it simply reloads the same page as if my account is not being loaded properly. (I have confirmed all of my details are active and current).
I just want to confirm that my account will not be deleted, and that I have proper access to support when I need it, as it is important to my business to be able to deliver sites that I am actively developing with clients, and continue to do so into the future.
Please let me know how to remedy this issue; seems impossible at the moment getting in contact with anyone, when my support link is not functioning correctly/linked to my account properly.
