How to contact Spotify for fraud issues?

Someone opened a Spotify account with our email and it wasn’t us.  Can’t get hold of anyone to help. Is there a number we can call?

First, you've reached out to the Shopify forums here, and not Spotify. If you are indeed looking for help with Spotify, reach out to them. If you're referring to Shopify, then the below information will be helpful! 

• First, complete our 'Report an Issue with a Merchant' form. If you suspect that a store was made using your information on Shopify, you can report it to us using that form.
• Additionally, create a new account (this is free to do) and reach out to our Authenticated Support Team. They'll be able to dig into things in more detail than we can here in the forums.
• Once you have done all of that, you can fill out our privacy form to have your information removed from our platform.
