How to correct email verification issues with GoDaddy and Outlook?

Hi Everyone,

So my email is through Godaddy/outlook. I have set up my TXT and DNS and GoDaddy has verified that all my information is up-to-date regarding the email and connections to Shopify. I have verified my email in Shopify, as you can see from the image below, but my emails are still being sent with the Shopify email (store+xxxxxxxx@m.shopifyemail.com).

What is going on and how do I fix? How do I get a DMARC record if I need one?

Bump.

Any solution on this matter? I am having the same issue. Using a third party domain host with proper dmarc settings and the domain verified but still have email sending from shopify email instead of custom email specified.

Hi @birdiecoffeeco & @AudioVisualBDA,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved.

If you're looking to add a DMARC record to your third-party domain, you can refer to this Guide. It shares step-by-step instructions with you on how you can send emails from your branded email address. Some email providers, such as Gmail and Yahoo, require you to add a DMARC record to your domain.

If this step has been completed, but you continue to have emails sending from your Shopify email address, you can connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn't have access to any account details here through the Community. They will be able to take a closer look to ensure this gets resolved.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
