How to crawl a site pre-launch on Shopify?

Hi Everyone, 

We are migrating our site to a Shopify site. Before going live we want to do a final technical check. However, we can't crawl the site now. How should we do this? 

We don't want the site to be live, just crawlable.

Just to gather some additional context, are you receiving any error messages when attempting to navigate to the storefront? I am just trying to get a better understanding of what issue is occurring in order to provide further assistance.
