How to create a business continuity plan for an online store?

Hello,

I have been tasked with creating a Business Continuity Plan or Incident Response Plan for our Shopify store, to look at responses to potential risks e.g. account hacked, shopify servers go down.

Just wondering if anyone has created anything similar or come across any good templates that would work particularly well with a Shopify store, particularly working with apparel.
