How to create a page for email subscription signup

I want to run contest both on and offline which will require a person to subscribe to our emails as a way to enter. Currently our theme has the email signup at the bottom of every page. I want to create a unique page/url I can send people to that just has the email signup form on it. I attempted to use Shopify Forms app but there isn't a way to specify just one page. Any ideas?  *I am not a coder nor familiar with html to do any backdoor coding.

Hey Jen! 👋 Sounds like a fun idea with the contest! Creating a dedicated page for your email signup is totally doable, and you don’t need to be a coding expert to pull it off.

One easy option is to use a service like Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). They have an awesome free tier and let you create embeddable signup forms without any fuss. Here's how you can do it:

First, go to Brevo and create your form. They have a drag-and-drop builder, so you can customize it to fit your contest vibe. Once you’ve created it, they’ll give you an iframe code snippet to copy.

Next, in your Shopify admin, create a new page by going to Online Store > Pages > Add Page. Give it a title like “Contest Signup” or something catchy. In the content editor, click the HTML icon </>, then paste the iframe code you got from Brevo. Save the page, and boom—you’ve got a dedicated signup page.

Now you’ve got a unique URL to share for your contest. Super easy and no coding stress! If you need more customization down the line, Brevo has extra tools, but this should get you started just fine.

Let us know how it works out! 😊
