Well the Dawn Theme doesn't support such a functionality, you will have to hard code some stuff in order to achieve this.

I recommend using a slider with an autoplay functionality or GSAP.

Unfortunately we are not familiar with Apps, incase you gonna code it, we highly recommend Swiper JS or GSAP.
