How to create a segment based on another segment

Hello all,

I'm trying to create a segment of customers with a given language that aren't already present in another segment. I don't see the "segment" category available to create a filter. Is this an oversight from Shopify?

Shopify currently doesn’t allow filtering customers by their inclusion or exclusion from existing segments directly. To achieve this, you can export the customer data from the segment you want to exclude, then cross-reference it with the language-filtered customers using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Hi @sollanis , thanks for confirming this. Regarding the suggested workflow, this won't work since the goal is to use the resulting segment in Shopify email. And I don't want to re-upload customers as it erases the addresses history
