how to create an 'image with text overlay' in the Dawn theme?

The Debut theme had an option to create an 'image with text overlay' this option appears not to be available in the Dawn theme. What is the best workaround?

The transition from Shopify's Debut theme to the Dawn theme involves adapting to different features and customization methods, as the latter is designed with a focus on performance and modern web standards. Dawn theme does not natively support the 'image with text overlay' feature as Debut does. But we may create it with as a custom section.

Dawn does not have that section available, you can hire a developer or may use tool like ChatGPT and Gemini to create custom section Yourself.
