Hi @Ayadistore

You can create a filter for orders without tags directly in Shopify’s Orders section. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Orders in your Shopify admin.
  2. Click on the Filter button.
  3. Select Tagged with from the dropdown.
  4. In the input field, type - (a minus sign) or leave it blank.
  5. Click Apply filter—this will show orders that have no tags.

If Shopify doesn’t allow filtering by empty tags directly, an alternative is to use Shopify Flow (on Advanced & Plus plans) to tag all new orders and then manually review untagged ones.

For a more automated approach, apps like Order Automator or Shopify Flow (if available on your plan) can help auto-tag orders and make filtering easier!

Both are not working

If using a minus sign (-) or leaving the field blank doesn’t work, Shopify doesn’t natively support filtering for untagged orders directly in the admin.

You can try this:

Option 1: Use Shopify Flow (For Advanced & Plus Plans)
If you're on Shopify Advanced or Plus, you can use Shopify Flow to automatically tag orders when they meet specific conditions. Then, any untagged orders would be the ones missing criteria.

  1. Set up a Shopify Flow automation that tags all new orders.
  2. Manually filter for orders without the tag you applied.

Option 2: Use Shopify Order Export + Spreadsheet Filtering
For all Shopify plans, a simple workaround is to export your orders to a CSV and filter them in a spreadsheet:

  1. Go to Orders > Export orders.
  2. Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets.
  3. Find the Tags column and filter for blank values.
