How to deal with possible email fraud on Instagram ads?

Hello,

I saw ad on Instagram from trendhub which was sponsored. It's on Instagram so I trusted I Ordered. After my order is done they send me mail like the below:

ORDER #2813

Thank you for your purchase!

We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.

Email address shows as

trendhub801@gmail.com via shopifyemail.com

They are not replying to me back. I am sure it is fake. But somehow it's via shopifyemail.com I thought I mailed you hoping I will get back my money back.

Please do something to get my money back. They are using your email id.
