Hi,
We have only recently set up our new shopify store, so everything is new!
I have noticed customers are searching for a product (kids bike) that we don't have that particular bike in but it would be good to show them the same bike but just a different model or even take them to the kids bike collection. Is this easy and possible to set up?

Hi Katy,
Congratulations on setting up your new Shopify store! I agree that being able to offer related product recommendations is a great strategy. This can be done with a predictive search bar and we have one available in the app store with great reviews. It's called Clever Predictive Search Bar.
Additionally, you can also show product recommendations by adding a section directly to your theme.
It sounds like you have some pretty engaged customers and if they're utilizing your store's search bar, it's possible they could have questions to ask.
If you haven't already, considering adding a thorough FAQ section and installing Shopify Inbox, this means whenever you're online, your customers can access you via chat for quick and easy live support. You can even link products or offer recommendations directly into the chat to help your customers find what they need.

Firstly, I am sorry so sorry I must have missed this. Thank-you for getting back to me. The search bar is in place but it isn't the Clever Predictive Search Bar, hopefully which will make a huge difference but is this only for premium customers?
Setting up an FAQ page and a chat inbox could really help us understand our customers needs, again is this something with just premium?
