How to disable subscription/newsletter popup Empire theme?

Hi

I would appreciate some help. The thing is making me crazy.

I want to remove the popout subscription window .

There are no apps causing this, the theme is Empire.

Thank you, I've removed the newsletter from the theme editor and the popout is finally gone.
