How to disable video file downloads and only allow streaming on iPhone?

When you use the download app it gives the customer a link and takes you to a page to click on a download button.

If you are on an iphone, the video will start to stream with no delay.

if you are on a PC, it will download the video file to your downloads folder.

I want to disable to ability for the customer to download the file to PC.

I just want to advertise that you can purchase the video file and stream it on your iphone only.
