How to Display Different Product Images on the Collection Page and Product Page Separately

I need some guidance on displaying different images for a product on the collection page versus the product page.

Here's the scenario:

• I want a specific image to appear only on the collection page for a product.
• I do not want this image to show up on the product's detailed page.
• Meanwhile, other images should display normally on the product page, without showing up on the collection page.

Has anyone successfully set different images for collection pages and product pages?  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
