How to display free shipping and country flag on product page?

Hey does anyone know how I would show 

Free Shipping,{ customers country location } and maybe flag of the country behind it if possible

on the product page under the add to cart button?

currently free shipping to every country but in the future to selected country’s

But it would perfect if you can get the shipment cost looking at the country shipment cost but I don’t know how

I already made those up but I want to show them on my product page under my add to cart button the country of the customer and the shipping cost for that country

do you know how I can show it by getting the shipping costs for the country by looking in the shopify delivery rate in settings?
