How to edit Google Shopping Ad text at the bottom of the ad?

In the photo attached below showing a google shopping ad (not mine) I'm curious to know how I can edit/create the words located at the bottom of this ad. The words in questions are "HOKA, mesh, rubber, white, casual." 

I'm assuming a can add these words to a product in google merchant and or maybe a feed app? I'm currently using the Google and YouTube shopping channel.

These are automated, and you will need to submit this data using the material, color, size type, size system and size attributes.

Google may also pull this data from other merchants or manufacturer when barcodes match.

In short, you can not directly control it, but you can influence correctness, by submitting the correct attribute values.
