How to effectively validate B2B Tax Registration IDs?

Hi,

for a B2B Shop from one of our Merchants we want to validate the Tax Registration IDs our Customers/Companys provide us just to ensure everything is correct. 

I want to ask if anyone here has had positive experience with a provider for a service/Api like this.
