How to enable multiple color selection for custom artwork?

We do custom artwork and our customers need to be able to select multiple colors to use on their items. The system is only allowing them to select one color from the color variants I created. Is there no way to have product options that have a spot for Color 1, Color 2, Color 3?

You have not shared your store url so the answer will be based on what type of setup you may have rather than the actual setup you have.

There are 2 ways to approach this solution. 1. If your products have limited color choices like 3-5, then you can have multiple variants like Color1, Color2, Color3 and give all these choices for people to select like Color1 they can choose between red, blue, green, white, black then Color 2 also have these 5 colors as options etc.

2. If the color options are many, then you can use apps from the app store which can help you personalize products and allow customers to select different colors. Like, they can select Color1 as X, Color2 as Y, Color3 as Z and can then add to cart and buy the product. They can also add in other requests like add text, logo etc. You can go to https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=product%20personalize and find the best app which suit your purpose.
