How to fix certain blocks from not showing up once published?

Hey!

We recently went into our website and changed/optimized our copy and added some new website blocks like scrolling text as well as an app that shows our current instagram feed.

In the website editor, it shows all of these new additions but when published they all go away.

It would be great if someone could help me fix this!

Thank you

After working with shopify support, we found that my default website editing view was not syncing with the united states market view. So I just had to sync the united states market with the new default market view.

It sounds like the changes you made in the website editor aren't saving properly when published, which could be due to caching issues or a conflict with the theme/app. Here's what you can do:

  1. Clear your browser cache or try viewing your site in an incognito window to rule out caching issues.
  2. Ensure the app and any blocks you added are compatible with your theme and that you've properly saved all changes.
  3. In the Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize.
  4. Check if your new content and blocks are properly saved in the theme customizer, and publish the changes.
  5. If using an app for the Instagram feed, ensure it’s installed and set up correctly, and double-check the app settings.

If the problem persists, try reaching out to the theme or app support team for assistance.

Please kindly get back to let me know if this worked for you, and feel free to mark this as a solution!
