Anyone has a fix to this?

Resolve these domain issues to ensure your Shopify site works for customers.

  • Error fetching domain A record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for petapparels.store and check that the record is set to the IP address 23.227.38.65. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain CAA record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for petapparels.store and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain DNSSEC record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for petapparels.store and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain nameserver record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for petapparels.store and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.

Hi @octohart

It say "Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect."

If you connect 3rd party domain to Shopify, it will take a time to connect successfully.

Hi, @octohart.

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

I understand you were experiencing issues with connecting your domain to Shopify. The error messages above indicate that there was an issue with the A record for the domain not pointing to Shopify's IP address. As well as other DNS settings not matching Shopify's records.

When searching your domain's records on my end, it looks as though they are all correctly pointing to Shopify. As @Dan-From-Ryviu has mentioned, this process can take up to 48 hours for your domain to be verified. Once it's verified, your domain is listed in the Domain section of the Domains page with the status Connected. I'll share our Connect your third-party domain to Shopify manually resource for future reference.

I navigated to your website and was able to access it successfully with no issues.

Please let us know if you run into any other issues or have additional questions.

Hey, @adeel27.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the screenshots.

If you've purchased a domain from Shopify, then the domain will be set up automatically. However, there is a domain verification email and it It looks like you haven't gone through the steps to verify the domain. We'd recommend checking your inbox and junk folders for a domain verification email, or you can resend the domain verification from the your domain settings. We've also got a guide on that here: Verifying your registration information.

Should the problem continue to persist, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to get a closer look at the problem. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
