error messageerror message

My storefront on my laptop started turning up an error message. See attached. I have tested this on Chrome and Microsoft browsers. Have cleared the cache. Have checked the DNS setup.

Pretty disappointed in the lack of Shopify customer support as well. I run multiple sites and can't get in touch with support. Meanwhile one site is down for no evident reason. Is this happening with others? If so, any suggestions?

My customers who has comcast as internet provider are getting error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Shopify support kept on blaming it to my domain name provider, Google. So I transferred my Domain to Shopify.

The issue still remains on chrome safari, edge, firefox with Android/windows/Ubuntu and iOS.

Has anyone seen such issue with your customer? Out of 10 a random customer will say hey, your website "www.yesha-art.com" doesn't work for me; and the only common thread is they have comcast as their internet provider.

Yes! I am having the same issue now. My client is reporting that some of the customers cannot access the site and are receiving ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. The issue is not happening for me and I am not sure what the pattern is for who it is happening to.

The domain was purchased on Godaddy and I used the connection wizzard to automatically connect the DNS.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was?

I am having the same issue with my site as well.

When I attempt to view my site on wifi (Comcast as our provider) I cannot view the site. I get (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) or (This site could not establist a secure connection to server)

After chatting with 5 Shopify customer service agents, and getting on the phone with GoDaddy support, I have Updated my DNS settings to the suggested settings from shopify supprt: (A Record to 23.227.38.65) and (CNAME www to shops.myshopify.com)

Following the DNS Settings update in GoDaddy, Shopify notified me that they have issued a new provision certificate and the issue should be resolved between 24-48 hours.

Its been 68+ Hours and my site is still down for any customers using wifi! Customers using their cellular data are able to view the website.

Can i please get some help from someone with Shopify!?

Same problem and my domain was also purchased from GoDaddy.  Is there any update on this, did anyone ever get this resolved?

If you're experiencing issues with how accessible your store is, I recommend reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our Help Center so we can investigate. As we're unable to authenticate users here in the Community, we can't access all of the details we'll need to help troubleshoot, so please reach out to us via the Help Center when you can!

Hi, but we have try to reach out to through the help center and after many many advisors there has been no solutions. SO How can this be fix? becuase is clearly an own going shopify issue since there are so many users with the same problem. I myself are experiencing the same issue and frankly tired of reaching out to shopify through the help center when clearly nothing gets fix.
