How to fix error 500 on the payment settings page?

Hello.

I have an issue with the Payment Page in settings every time I try to access payments, server returns error 500. 

I've tried empty cache, mobile app, different browsers, different computers, different internet connections. It keeps returning the same error for over a week. 

Tried contacting Shopify Support, I didn't get any relevant replies, or help. 

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestion would be helpful and very much appreciated. 🙂
