How to fix mobile product page scrolling issue on Pipeline theme?

Hi

I am having an issue on Mobile when i go move from page 1 to 2 and to the next...

On Mobile, the page starts at the bottom instead of the top.

So when a user goes to Page 2 and on to Page 3...they have to scroll from the the bottom of the page to the top,to start viewing products.

This issue is only on Mobile.

I am using Pipeline theme.

Thanks

Hello @Faisal_Vahed,

This is Gina from flareAI app - get free sales from Google.

I checked on my Android phone. I clicked on "Shop All", checked Pages 2 and 3, and couldn't see any issues.

The issue may occur due to various reasons, such as a JavaScript conflict or an improper page rendering.

Here are a few potential solutions you can try:

1. Check if there are any JavaScript conflicts on your website by disabling any unnecessary scripts, especially those related to scrolling or page transitions.

2. Verify if the issue persists on different mobile devices and browsers to ensure it is not device-specific.

3. Ensure that the page layout and content are optimized for mobile devices, and the page load time is not too long.

4. Check if there are any CSS issues with your theme that may affect the page rendering on mobile devices.

5. Review the settings of your theme to check if there are any options related to page scrolling, and adjust them if needed.

6. Contact the support team of the Pipeline theme and report the issue to get their help in resolving it.

Implementing these steps may help you identify and fix the issue causing the problem on your mobile website.

Let me know if you have any questions.
