How to fix the padding on this custom marquee section with custom code

Hey there, 

I hope everyone is doing well. I would love it if someone could help me sort out this issue of mine. I need to make the section a bit smaller in the mobile version.

Since it is the perfect size for a desktop, I was wondering how to fix the padding and make the section fit the icons.
