Hi, does anyone know why, when selecting Quick View in Dawn, the curser flashes a red general prohibition sign (red circle with a line through it) on the desktop before loading the Quick View products? Is there any way of fixing this? The Quick View does work, but I think it looks unfriendly.

Thank you for confirming that! If you test this in a fresh copy of the Dawn theme (not the current altered theme), are you seeing the same issue? If yes, please connect with our chat support team in our Help Center so we can get our theme support to investigate this further. If you are not seeing the issue in a fresh copy of the Dawn theme then this is most likely an issue with one of the customizations you made, unfortunately our support can't assist with changes like that. We would recommend hiring a developer to assist you further in troubleshooting.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! I can certainly see this occurring in your online store after I select Choose options and Add to cart. Just to gather some additional context, did you happen to make any custom coding changes to the theme, by any chance? I am just trying to get a better understanding of this so I can assist you accordingly.

Thanks for your message. Yes, I have made custom code changes, including adding color swatches and changing settings with lazy loading. This morning, I just looked at changing to the latest Dawn theme, 14.0.0. The first thing I did was try out the quick add button (choose options) on that theme, and it is doing exactly the same thing. Thanks again for helping.
