Understood your concern.

According to the image you have attached here, these pages are showing up in your Google Search Console. It is a "page indexing" report from Google Search Console, with several URLs listed as "Not found (404)". The error is because Google tried to crawl these pages but couldn't find them on your website even though you didn't create the pages.

The possible reasons are:
At some point, you might have created these URLs, and now you may have either deleted them or moved them. If you don't remember creating these pages at all, see if someone else has made your website or not.

Another possibility is that the URLs were dynamically generated by the CMS platform you used. In many cases, if the page has an enabled comment section, a new URL is automatically generated for each comment. Try to disable the comment section and delete the URLs.

The easiest way to solve this error is by deleting the unnecessary URL from the website. If the URLs are deleted, Google will not crawl those links. Since you already said those pages weren't created by you, the guess is that you don't need those URLs. Make sure you remove them from your current page and manage the other URLs properly.
