How to get a customers info from the credit card company or shopify?

Hey all, I had a customer purchase something at my retail store, but they did not leave a phone number or email for the receipt. All I have is the last four of the credit card number, they paid using apple pay. 

I have reason to believe this customer also stole an item from my retail store at the time of the purchase. Is there a way for me to get their information(name, phone number, maybe address) from the credit card company or shopify?

We are in the same situation and have no idea what to do. By any chance did you figure it out?
