How to get A REAL SUPPORT from Shopify? Heeeeeeelp

Since now 10 days, I am contacting almost every day the Help Center to get support for my issue.

I am trying to connect my domain, but it says "connected with anothrer store"

I own my domain, my DNS records and my store.

They always reply "the account team will contact you"

BUT NOTHING SINCE 10 DAYS !!!!!!

How can I contact this poeple? OMG are they working????
