Hello,
In my country most of the customer choose COD ( Cash on Delivery ) as payment gateway.
but sometime customer place the order and at the time of delivery they refused to receive the order and it comes back to us and I cancel it.
So IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET any alert /notification/TAG or anything if I get the order from the same customer again who have pervious refused to receive the order ??

Unfortunately, Shopify doesn’t have a built-in feature for this, but you can use apps like "Fraud Filter" or "Order Tagger" to tag orders from customers who previously refused delivery. This way, you can get alerts or take action on repeat orders from those customers.
People use Order Automator to do this.
Here are some examples people use:
- Alert staff or cancel an order automatically if customer has a certain tag or email
- Automatically tag and optionally alert staff for orders with any conditions (certain shipping location, order total, products, etc)
Here's another idea:
Add the tag to those customers, then in your theme code, if the customer has that tag, then hide the add to cart buttons. It's pretty simple to do, but the only drawback is that it only works for customers that are logged in.
Or if it's customers from a certain location, you can use a location check to hide the add to cart button or take other actions (here's a guide in case that solution is what you want).
