Hi Matilda,
I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
Your store is undoubtedly designed carefully, it is elegant and clean. Yet turing traffic into sales is not just about visuals. As a CRO expert, I have some suggestions to improve your conversion rate as follows:
1. Sale announcement on the homepage
This homepage banner will be the very first impression to your visitors. So make sure you build trust and good relationships from the start.
2. Best seller product
Showing a single product right after the hero banner may confuse visitors. In case it is your best seller that you want to highlight, make sure you let customers know with a standout heading and badge.
Additionally, let’s add an add to cart button for other featured products to motivate users to click and simplify the customer shopping journey. More than a half of customers will left a store if they experience a lengthy buying process and checkout.
3. Add brand positioning, strength, and brand voice to the homepage
Your homepage is not a collection page, don’t just show your products but leverage it to impress your customers with your strengths and uniquessness.
See example:

4. About us:

5. Product pages:
Your product description is detailed, yet seems lengthy for users if they need to read all. Instead of showing a lengthy description paragraph, let’s consider putting it into smaller tabs for better readability.
If possible, let’s add customers review or “what customers say about us” section. If you do not have any, badge like “Be the first to review” or Review for rewards can be good options.
Another factor that make your customer trust your brand and product is a why choose us badge:
Let’s try these changes and drive sales, let me know if you need further clarification.

Hi @Matilda343 ,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance.
Here are my recommendations to improve your conversion rate:
Your website isn’t effectively converting visitors into buyers despite your advertising efforts. Without seeing your ads, I can’t offer detailed recommendations on your landing page. However, here are some suggestions from Databox that you might find useful. You can read more in their article.
“When the click-through rate (CTR) is high but the conversion rate is low, it usually indicates an issue with the landing page. This is often due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTAs). To address this, create a clear CTA, such as a "Buy Now" or "Read More" button. This CTA can be a clickable image with a small amount of text or a simple button.”
1. Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate
A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.
To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:
Besides, here are some suggestions regarding the UX/UI:
2. Add Favicon logo
A favicon is a tiny logo that usually shows up in a browser tab. It is particularly crucial for new websites as it enhances user experience by helping visitors quickly recognize your site when they have several tabs open in their browser.
3. Homepage
3.1. Banner
The current banners are too general, you should use a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers. Below is a reference:
3.2. Product promotion on homepage
You should make the "Add to Cart", and price information more noticeable. Also, adding “add to wish list” and “Quick view” buttons is another idea to encourage customers to buy your product. Here is a reference:
4. Adding FAQ and chat box
You should add an FAQs section and chat box inclúing general questions to quickly address common customer concerns. Here is a reference:
5. Search bar
6. Lack review section
You should add a review section on the product detail page. Reviews from previous customers will provide customers more information about the product. It will enhance trust in your products and address buying hesitation. Here is a reference:

Hi @Matilda343 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm from BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals.
I took a look at your website and it looks great! However, there are some suggestions you can do with your website to get more sales: - Homepage: On homepage, it seems that the title and description of your products is quite long which can make customers feel overwhelmed, it would be great if you use shorter and sharper description.
- Product detail page: On the product detail page, the images of the product haven't been placed well, it's better to do the product carousel to make the product detail page cleaner and not overwhelmed.
- Besides, let's start a blog or create content that educates your audience about your products, then you can add this section to your footer:
And don't forget to regularly analyze your performance and make data-driven adjustments. If you find this helpful, please let me know by giving me a 'LIKE.' If your question is answered, please mark this as 'SOLUTION.'
Good luck and I wish you all the best!
