How to get rid of "Buy with Shop Pay" checkout button

Hello,

I am having a strange problem. In my shopify customization, my checkout button looks like a normal unbranded checkout button. However, on my real website, the checkout button shows "buy with shop pay" and has a hyper link for more payment options below it (see picture). I learned that turning off dynamic checkouts fixes this but once I did so on my theme settings, it deleted my check out button as a whole and left me with only an add to cart button.

What do i do?

Hey there, 

Good question! Once the dynamic checkout is off and there's only an add to cart, it will add the product to the cart, and to checkout, the customer will have to go to the cart page to checkout. This is expected behavior when you remove the dynamic checkout. 

The Buy It Now button will take a customer directly to the checkout with 1 product. 

Try adding a few products to your cart and follow the regular checkout process. 

Do you sell multiple products in each order, or are most orders just 1 product? 

Personally, I like to enable dynamic checkout to allow customers to checkout in their preferred method. 

Were you wanting your checkout flow to behave a specific way? If you can share some more details on what you're looking to accomplish I'm happy to look into a solution for you.

Hi Rio, same problem, if the Buy with ShopPay acted that way I would not have an issue but it goes right to the cart page with a Login for Shop Pay. There is a little text only link below that says More payment options - this seems shady. I'm tempted to do whatever I can to kill the Shop Pay option at this point
