how to give discount on selective bank cards

Hi I would like to work with a bank to provide discount to a segment of customers in Pakistan. The bank is willing to give me the 6-digits BIN to identify the card holders. Do you know how do I set it up in Shopify? Thanks!

hello, 

login to your payment gateway provider dashboard, go to setting, click on discounts/offers now add BIN Number  and creat discounts.
