How to GST With Two Different rate and calculation condtion

I need to set up GST in Shopify with two different rates based on the product price. For example, if a user purchases a product below 1000, I want to charge 5%, and if a user purchases a product above 1000, I want to charge 12%. How can this be implemented in Shopify?
