How to implement Merchant of Record on shopify

Hello,

We are a store based in NL and want to sell in some international markets. We are appointing a merchant of record to sell our products in other channels (wholesale, marketplaces etc). How can we implement the same in Shopify?

Basically we want the the customers coming on our store from these international markets make their payment through our merchant of record's bank account (the merchant of record needs to capture the payment).

How do we do that
