How to improve category cover image quality

Hello, 

 

Is there a way to improve image quality of my product category covers? I added code once before to improve home page banner quality but the product category images aren't as clear. 

 

Using dawn theme. https://nuijewellery.com.au/ (although I am referring to a draft theme I'm working on, not my current site)

Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > Collections > Default collection > Product card > Image ratio > Adapt to image. Save template and check again

I tried this but it didn't effect anything. I am referring to category cover images rather than product cards.
