Hi @Quinn1997
First, the store looks very good and it is visible that a lot of effort has been put into it, good use of videos. There are a few things to improve but I stumbled on a big issue. I have tried 4-5 products and when trying to add to the cart I get the following error "Quantity selected exceeds current stock". Note that real customers would leave your site after 2-3 products. Did change currency but no changes. It would help if you investigated that.
For other things:
Good luck with sales
Hi @Quinn1997 ,
First of all, I had a great experience exploring your website. Its UI design is beautiful and well-crafted, and seems like everything looks quite polished. Here are some of my suggestions that may help you boost conversion rate:
1. Analytics optimization
Identifying where visitors drop off can give you the insights needed to make impactful changes:
- Use Analytics Tools: Tools like Google Analytics can show you critical data points such as bounce rates, session duration, and exit pages. If many users are leaving at a certain stage (e.g., product pages or checkout), you’ll know exactly where to focus your efforts.
- Heatmaps & Visitor Recordings: Use tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to generate heatmaps and watch visitor session recordings. These will show you where people are clicking, scrolling, and what’s causing them to leave. It’s a fantastic way to identify usability issues and make changes accordingly.
- A/B Testing: Don’t hesitate to test different design elements, CTAs, product descriptions, or even prices. A/B testing tools like Google Optimize can help you find what works best for your audience.
2. Restock your products
I noticed that some of the collections you show on the homepage currently don’t have any products displayed. This can potentially lead to a less engaging experience for visitors and missed opportunities for sales. Stocking these collections with products or temporarily hiding empty collections could improve customer satisfaction and overall conversion. Having something for them to explore encourages them to stay longer on the site and potentially make a purchase.
3. Trust & credibility
Display security badges like SSL certification, verified payments, and trusted shipping carriers on your product page. These small badges can significantly boost confidence in your site’s legitimacy.
4. Mobile optimization
- Ensure the site is fully optimized for mobile, given the significant amount of traffic that comes from mobile devices.
- Test for mobile responsiveness, ensuring smooth navigation, quick load times, and an easy checkout process.
5. Limited-time offers
- Use scarcity and urgency to motivate action by implementing limited-time discounts, flash sales, or countdown timers on product pages.
- Display the number of items left in stock to create a sense of urgency (e.g., “Only 3 left in stock”).
6. Exit-intent pop-ups
- Use exit-intent technology to display a discount or free shipping offer when a visitor is about to leave without making a purchase.
- Offer an incentive for first-time buyers, such as 10% off for their first order.
7. Loyalty programs or Rewards
Offer points or rewards for purchases that can be redeemed on future purchases. This not only incentivizes the current purchase but also fosters repeat business.
I hope that these suggestions can help you somehow. Good luck!

Hi @Quinn1997,
I'm from Mageplaza, a Shopify solution expert.
I would be glad to review your website and provide feedback on improving its performance. Below are some suggestions to improve your conversion rate:
1. Adding Promotional Sections and Banners on the Home Page:
Featuring sections like "Best Sellers" and "On Sale", New arrivals on the homepage can drive attention to popular and discounted products, encouraging visitors to engage more with your site.
Additionally, you should add seasonal banners for current promotions or collections (e.g., Summer Sale, Winter Collection) to catch the attention of customers. Additionally, you should add ATC, Shop now or add to the wish list buttons to encourage customers to buy your products. Here is a reference:

2. Pay attention to your cart abandonment rate
A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially when you’ve invested heavily in getting people to your site in the first place.
A high cart abandonment rate represents potential customers who chose not to become customers. This is also a reason causing low conversion rates.
3. Enhance Mobile Speed and Performance
After analyzing your website with PageSpeed Insights, I found that the mobile performance score is around 4x, which is below the ideal benchmark of 6x. Since a significant portion of your traffic comes from mobile users, this low speed could be affecting their experience and, as a result, your overall conversion rates. Slow loading times not only frustrate users but also reduce the likelihood of them completing purchases, ultimately impacting sales.
To improve your Shopify store's performance on mobile devices, consider the following steps:
By taking these steps, you can significantly enhance your site’s mobile performance, which will likely lead to improved user satisfaction and better conversion rates. For more detailed advice, refer to Shopify’s performance optimization guidelines.
I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback. Good luck!
