I am managing ads for a Shopify store that sells leather products like bags, wallets, etc. Previously we were having very inconsistent sales, so we decided to drop the pricing and launch a 50% OFF sale offer. It's been a couple of months now, and what has happened, is that we are getting 30-50 orders every day, though 90% of them are for low-ticket products like key chains and wallets, also, the order cancellation rate on these products is also around 40% that makes the overall month unprofitable.

Can you provide me with some strategies that can be implemented to boost the ROI of this store?

I guess the biggest questions are:

1. Why are people cancelling their orders?
2. Are you tweaking your ads for higher-value buyers?

If you can answer those you can improve but there are so many factors in play it's hard to give you solid advice based just on the information above.
