How to limit monthly purchases for specific users?

Hi All,

I am managing a store exclusively for employees of my client.

1. Is there any solution to limit on monthly buying of each registered buyer? Like we want to limit so that the employees can't buy more than "X" Amount of products from the store.

2. This store is restricted for X.com domain users only but recently we found some gmail I'ds users registered in our customer list which is not possible as we have the restriction on, Is it possible that some external factor can compromise the database and add them as a customer?
Or maybe we are suspecting that someone from admin access did that.


Any solution will be a great help.
