I am unable to log into my account because I changed my number. I had to create another account in order to log in to Shopify Support so that I can get into contact with someone.
It's not giving me the option to use my recovery email.

If you're trying to log into your Shopify account using two-factor authentication but don't have access to the phone number in question there are a couple of other options.
Would you have added a backup method at any point, or do you have access to any of the recovery codes issued for use in this situation?
If these methods are not available to you then it would be necessary for us to get your login info securely updated by our Accounts team.
You can begin this proceed by reaching out via our Help Centre here, where you can indicate that you still need help and that you're not currently able to log into your account in order to do so.
There we can escalate your query to our Accounts team, who will be able to verify your identity using secure processes and update your account info to get you logged in.
