How to make group of products one price

Hi Guys

Hoping for some help here.

I sell bottles at various events. Each bottle would have a different single bottle price but i always do a mixed six pack at a certain set price. So depending on what combo of wines they choose the normal price would vary.  Currently just apply a discount to the cart to bring it to the six pack price.

Is there a way to do this easier? so as soon as six bottles are added to cart the price changes to a set price?

Hey Alexi82,

Heddy from Gameball: Loyalty Program & VIP here!

You can definitely set this up a bit more smoothly using an app that automates price changes based on the number of items in the cart. There are apps like "Bundle Builder" or "Bold Bundles" that can help. These apps let you create custom bundles where, once a customer adds six bottles to the cart, the price automatically adjusts to your set six-pack price without manually applying a discount.

This should make your life easier and provide a better experience for your customers, too!

Hope that helps!

Hi @alexi82,

If the mixed packs are determined by you rather than allowing customers to mix their own, you can use the following solution 🤗:

  1. Create the Mixed Pack Product: Set up the Mixed 6-pack product with different combinations as variants, each with its own price.

  2. Use the Easify Inventory Sync App: Create Bundle Groups to connect each mixed pack with its associated individual products. For example, link each mixed pack variant with the wines included in the pack. This setup ensures that when a mixed pack is purchased, the quantities of the included wines will be automatically adjusted.

However, if you prefer to let customers mix and match their own packs, just let me know, and I can suggest an alternative solution.

Thanks! They Def need to be able to pick their own combo and could be any mix. I should also add whilst I'd like that as an option on main cart, it's mainly me or staff putting orders through at events using pos go...

You can consider using the Easify Product Options app with the Quantity Selector feature, which is perfect for mix-and-match stores. Here's an example:

Please note that POS support isn’t available just yet, but it’s coming in the next 1-2 weeks. Is your website live, or are you still in the development stage?

If you'd like to give it a try, feel free to reach out to the Easify team for a specific setup guide.

This looks like how it would need to work but it would need to work on the pos go.   But this is essentially how it would work. Each one of those cupcakes may have a diff price but if they buy 6 then it would be X price...

Since each of your products has a specific price, but when bought as a combo, the price is a fixed amount rather than the sum of the individual prices, here's a complete solution:

  1. Duplicate Your Products: Create duplicates of all individual products you want to include in the combo. Set their price to $0.00 and hide them from the storefront.

  2. Set Up Combo Options: Create combo options in the Easify Product Options app and link each option to the duplicates. You can set the combo price to whatever you want.

  3. Sync Inventory: Use the Easify Inventory Sync app to sync inventory between the original and duplicate products. This way, when customers buy the combo, the inventory of the original products will be updated accurately.

If you’d like to try this setup, the team can assist you with the process.

Regarding POS support, we’re working on it and plan to release it soon. If you need an immediate solution, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide it right now.

Hi @alexi82 ,

You can consider "Every Possible Discount" app.

In this app, there is a discount method by the name of "Buy X for Y$', which is exactly your use case. Buy any 6 bottles at x price.

Since the app is build using Shopify functions, all discounts created using the app are POS compatible as well.
