I have a shop selling mostly clothing where the fulfilment is done externally. I regularly need to send gifted items to various people for free - the warehouse guys want me to put these through as 100% discounted orders so that they can then remember to fulfil them. The issue for me is that I dont want the free gifts to come through as sales in my stats and reports.
Eg, I dont want to look back a year later to see how many of a specific Tshirt I sold to include the ones I gave away.
Can anyone think of a solution for this?
