How to Merge hundreds of orders for a school?

I created a collection on my online store for our local elementary school. We'll receive 200+ orders all being delivered in bulk to the school. How to combine or merge all 200+ orders for one local pickup?

Shopify doesn't have this ability. You will either need to manually create 1 order to add all the products or you will need to add an app to your store through the app store that can do the merge. If this is something you need often, I would recommend something like ShippingEasy, as it automatically can combine orders with the same shipping address.
