How to move sort by to the right side and filter on the left side of the screen *Mobile - Dawn Theme

Hi there, i want to separate 'sort by' and 'filter' just like desktop version but for some reason on mobile version its attached together. How do i move sort by to the right side of the screen and filters on the left side of the screen

Currently, in Dawn theme the "Filter and Sort" are merge to one button on mobile view to show both the the sidebar. You'll need to customise it as per your requirement,
