How To Open The Social Media Links In New Tab - On Mobile

I'd like to open social media links in a new tab ON MOBILE which uses the Dawn 13.0 theme.It on desktop but it doesn't work on mobile. Is that how it is?

Can anybody help me please?

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > Edit code

Step 2: Choose file social-icons.liquid

Step 3: Add this code below right after all <a part, save it and check again target="_blank"

Thank you but this has only worked for the social icons in my footer. The social icons in my header, navigation menu still open in the same page.

You can try the following steps I have provided to help you solve the problem you are facing:

Step 1: Open header-drawer.liquid file

Step 2: Add target="_blank" after all  <a  tags below this line of code, you can find them at very bottom of the file

Step 3: Open header-drawer.liquid file, and do the same with <a  tags below this line of code 

<ul class="list list-social list-unstyled" role="list">
