To be clear, Roposo is a third party platform, so Support Staff from Shopify like myself are not trained on it's processes; any experience we have with Roposo would be based on previous support interactions around the app, or experience we have using the app ourselves. In situations like these where you're having troubles having data from the app successfully pushed to Shopify, your best bet is to reach out to the Roposo Support Team directly for assistance. As they know their application best, they should be able to troubleshoot the issue, and provide you detailed instructions on how to correct this issue so your products can be uploaded to Shopify successfully.
